Shipping of all the respective products purchased through is free of cost and the customer is not liable to pay any amount for the delivery of his products will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.

On placing your order, you will receive an email containing an order summary and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to

  • Irregular and Bad weather
  • Delays in flight
  • Political and social disruptions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will reach out to you. Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.


In case, the customer is not satisfied with the product quality/sizing or if there is any sort of issue with the product, have a no questions asked policy for cancellation and a full refund will be provided to the customer within 7 days.

In this case the customer can call the customer care helpline to cancel the order and full refund will be initiated if the payment is processed by the customer

As per the policy if the customer places an order and is not satisfied with the purchase even before getting the product delivered, there is a provision to cancel the order and a full refund will be initiated if payment is done

All exchange/return requests must be placed within 7 days of receipt of items

In case of COD orders and orders placed at discounted price, you will get Harold Meagan gift card as a refund. We will not refund for Cash on Delivery Orders 

For HOME section : We do not offer returns or Exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed


In case, the customer is not satisfied with the product, customers can contact customer care of Company will make two attempts for reverse pickup. If customer does not provide the product within these attempts, shall not be responsible for reverse pickups. Customer shall arrange to deliver the product at Company provided address for further alterations.

If receives empty box, customer shall prove that actual product was dispatched inside the box, otherwise shall not be responsible for product loss. shall not be accountable for any product dispatch by mistake and customer shall arrange the pickups in case of any mistakes.

Customer shall maintain all receipt to process reverse pickups and dispatches smoothly.
